Deliveries are made by Royal Mail 1st Class postal service so orders should be received within a day or so, however please allow upto 7 working days before contacting customer support.
If 7 working days have elapsed please notify customer support by email using the contact page of the site with your invoice number.
In busy seasonal times for Royal Mail such as Christmas please allow much longer.
Most of our parcels will not fit through your letterbox and may not come with your regular postman but with Royal Mails parcels or small packets delivery van. (these items may take longer to be delivered than a letter)
